3. Emotional Growth Through Musical Play
      With Mary Stouffer

This exciting video follows children from 10 months to 36 months as they play musical games with their mothers in a class setting. The voice over describes the social and emotional growth that develops through musical play. Ms. Stouffer demonstrates the traditional songs, games, tickles, bounces, and finger plays and movement activities that will encourage social, emotional and aesthetic development. Her excellent musicianship and sense of fun will delight parents, teachers and children. As a leading expert in music education for young children, Ms. Stouffer presented this video at the International Society of Music Educators in 1994.
